Damiana - Turnera diffusa: Damiana has the reputation of being an aphrodisiac. A sexual rejuvenator, damiana helps when there has been a loss of vitality in the sexual organs.  It does this by providing oxygen to the genital areas.  Used for anxiety related ED and RE (rapid ejaculation). 

Ginseng - Panax ginseng, P. quinquefolius: Reduces stress, fights fatigue, helps heal the prostate gland, strengthens and stimulates the adrenal glands and reproductive organs.  May help treat infertility.

Eleuthero - Eleutherococcus senticosus.: Considered an adaptogen that helps people acclimate to stressful situations, eleuthero is an excellent treatment for a weakened nervous system or adrenal gland insufficiency.  It relieves fatigue, improves stamina and helps remedy erectile dysfunction, and improves low sperm count.

Sarsaparilla - Smilax officinalis : Sarsparilla has been used to treat both men and women, raising the sexual drive in both sexes, perhaps due to the steroidal substances it contains.  Sarsaparilla regulates hormone levels and is used for the treatment of ED.

Saw Palmetto - Serenoa repens: Effective in treating prostate problems , used to increase sexual drive in both men and women.

Ashwagandha - Withania somnifera: Used for erectile dysfunction, and for male fertility (to increase low sperm count).  Sedative effect.  Enhances libido.   It is often used to treat nervous exhaustion, involuntary semen emission without orgasm, and sexual dysfunctions associated with stress.

Ginkgo - Ginkgo biloba: One study conducted for a 6 month period showed that 50% of the men regained erections when using ginkgo.  In a 9 month study where the test subjects were men suffering from ED due to atherosclorotic clogging of the penile artery ginkgo gave 78% of the men improvement in their sexual functions - there were no reported side effects during this study from their use of ginkgo.  Also alleviates depression: Ginkgo can act as a blood thinner so not for use if on blood thinning medications. 

Chickweed - Stellaria media: Chickweed helps remove plaque buildup from the blood vessels which increases and improves circulation.  High in Zinc. 

Horny Goat Weed - Epimedium sagittatum, E. grandiflorum: Traditionally horny goat weed (HGW) has been used to increase libido and improve sexual performance by correcting erectile dysfunction and rapid ejaculation. HGW elicits a moderate androgen-like effect on the testes and prostate, increasing sperm production while stimulating the sensory nerves by which it indirectly increases sexual desire. It contains a notable flavonoid (icariin) that, like Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra, is a cGMP-specific PDE-5 inhibitor.

Gotu Kola - Centella asiatica: Fights fatigue, depression and anxiety.

St John's Wort - Hypericum perforatum: Used for depression an anxiety.  Promotes restful sleep and strengthens the immune system. Not suitable for use with certain prescription drugs.

Oats - Avena sativa: It benefits the libido, liberating testosterone, promotes vaginal lubrication.  It can be used to treat cases of erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation.  It also builds the blood, relaxes the nerves, and strengthens the nervous system.  Oats seed and stems are used in the treatment of addiction, anxiety, convalescence, depression, emotional distress, ED, exhaustion infertility (male and female), low libido, menopause, post traumatic stress & nervousness. Nervous system tonic. It is also used to facilitate recovery from childbirth. Contains Beta-carotene, B and E vitamins, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, potassium, selenium.

Passionflower - Passiflora incarnata.  Passionflower is used for insomnia and sleep problems, upset stomach related to anxiety or nervousness, generalized anxiety disorder, and relieving symptoms related to narcotic drug withdrawal.  It appears to boost the level of gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA) in your brain.  This compound lowers brain activity, which may help you to relax and sleep better.

Chasteberry - Vitex agnus-castus: Chasteberry is an anaphrodisiac for men.  It may help to increase sexual drive in women.  It accomplishes this by normalizing the menstrual cycle and relieving PMS.  Some research indicates that chasteberry reduces prolactin levels - prolactin is a hormone that occurs in high levels in women with menstrual problems. It is used in the treatment of depression (related to menopause), endometriosis, migraine (related to menstrual cycle) .  In order to improve hormonal problems with vitex, the herb should be taken for at least six months. Vitex can decrease the effectiveness of the birth control pill. Cease taking if pregnancy occurs.

Fennel - Foeniculum vulgare: Fennel contains an estrogen-like substance (estragole) and may thereby increase sexual drive in women.  In men, fennel may interfere with testosterone, relieving bladder and prostate problems, thereby making sex more enjoyable. Fennel also moderates orgasm, allowing men to enjoy sex longer.

Sarsparilla - Smilax officinalis: Sarsparilla has been used to treat both men and women, raising the sexual drive in both sexes, perhaps due to the steroidal substances it contains. Regulates hormone levels.

Saw Palmetto - Serenoa repens: Effective in treating prostate problems, used to increase sexual drive in both men and women.

Fenugreek - Trigonella foenum-graecum: Fenugreek has estrogen-like effects on the body, which may increase women's sex drive and pleasure. Fenugreek increases breast size, and may eliminate or minimize vaginal dryness.   Fenugreek may also relieve male ED, possibly due to the herb's ability to lower blood cholesterol levels, which may improve blood circulation throughout the body, especially to the genitals.

Dong Quai - Angelica sinensis: Dong quai is a uterie tonic, balances female hormones, alleviating the pain and frustration of menstrual cycles and menopause. Hot flashes, anxiety, heart palpatations and mood swings all may be relieved by using dong quai, allowing you to enjoy sex more.  Dong quai can moisturize the vaginal area and provide relief from vaginal dryness making intercourse more pleasant.  Contains vitamin B2, niacin, folic acid, vitamin B12, chromium, iron, magnesium, potassium.  Avoid during pregnancy.

F.U.R - Chamaelirium luteum: False unicorn root may be used to help regulate women's periods, for PMS, relief of pain with endometriosis, hormone imbalance, and to aid fertility (do not use without employing birth control during sex unless pregnancy is desired).  Discontinue use during pregnancy. Men who suffer from enlarged prostate may find relief by using false unicorn root as it may help reduce the swelling of the prostate gland.

Raspberry Leaf - Rubus idaeus:  Adrenal tonic, anti-abortifacient, antispasmodic, hormone tonic, uterine tonic, nutritive.     Uses: Raspberry leaf is considered a supreme tonic for pregnant women because it can tonify the uterus, nourish the mother.  Raspberry leaf also reduces inflammation and excess dampness.  It is used in the treatment of anemia, hemorrhage, incontinence, infertility, muscle cramps, morning sickness, ovulation difficulty, prolapse of the uterus.   Contains, Vitamin B1, vitamin E, calcium chloride, iron, magnesium, manganese, potassium. selenium.                    ...............................................................
